For teams selling to businesses

B2B SEO Agency & Services for SaaS and AI Teams | Meridian

Turn the way buyers search into a plan your team can ship.

We connect keyword research, solution pages, technical SEO, and useful evaluation content to the questions business buyers ask before a qualified sales conversation.

A B2B buying map

One search visit can involve three different decisions.

B2B SEO becomes clearer when the page plan follows the buying committee. The same product needs different evidence for the person using it, championing it, and approving the budget.

See the keyword-to-page examples

User or operator

Can this solve the job in the real workflow?

Champion or reviewer

Is the approach credible, secure, and easy to explain?

Budget owner

What changes, what does it cost, and what is the next step?

Evidence the page system should expose

before the sales call
  • Use-case and solution pages
  • Comparison, integration, and implementation evidence
  • Technical tickets with owners and acceptance checks
  • A sales handoff with agreed qualification criteria
Example URL-level technical SEO task list with owners and acceptance conditions
The visual proof is the task system itself: URL, issue, owner, and acceptance condition stay together.

Illustrative B2B review preview

The review should describe the handoff, not promise a ranking.

Simulated copy below shows how a B2B buyer might describe a clearer working process. It is not presented as a real client statement.

Real feedback should only be published with permission and source checks.
Demand owner

The page map follows how buyers decide.

The research separates a user question from a budget or security question instead of putting everything in one page.

The page explains fit and evidence before asking for a demo, so the next conversation starts with better context.

Sample feedback format

Help each buyer move the decision forward.

The person searching may be a user, internal champion, budget owner, or technical reviewer. Plan around the evidence they need and the handoff to your sales team. Our published SEO work centers on software and AI products; other B2B projects start with a fit review.

Understand the problem

Map business use cases and buyer questions to solution pages. Explain who the service or product fits and the constraints it addresses.

Evaluate the solution

Use product facts, relevant work, comparisons, implementation requirements, and security or integration details where verified.

Qualify the next conversation

Explain the demo or inquiry process and agree fit criteria with sales. Measure completed conversations and opportunities separately from CTA clicks.

Does your product sell through self-serve signup?

B2B products can also be self-serve. The SaaS plan explains signup, activation, paid conversion, and how to plan a hybrid sales motion.

What makes SaaS SEO different

The work starts with the product and the system behind it.

Mature SaaS SEO programs do not begin with a generic blog calendar. They first decide which product jobs are worth owning, which page type can answer each job, and which technical constraints could multiply across templates.

Product fit before search volume

Interview product, sales, and customer-success owners. Separate category, feature, use-case, comparison, integration, and jobs-to-be-done demand; keep a reason for every keep, merge, or reject decision.

A page system, not isolated posts

Map each demand to a feature, solution, comparison, template, tool, or guide URL. Define page ownership, internal links, product evidence, and the next action before production starts.

Technical issues are tested in context

Check rendered content, indexation, canonical signals, faceted URLs, multilingual versions, and scaled templates only where the site needs it. Every finding becomes a reproducible ticket with an owner and a retest condition.

Business events decide the next batch

Separate search visibility from signup, activation, paid conversion, demo, and sales-accepted opportunity. Missing instrumentation becomes a task; it is never silently treated as zero.

Built for B2B SaaS teams

A private, teachable SEO operating system.

B2B SaaS SEO touches product decisions, code, content, analytics, and sales. The collaboration model must make the work reviewable without forcing a team to surrender its repository or internal process.

Your repository stays private

We can work from a scoped access boundary, a staging environment, exported diagnostics, or a shared task sheet. Your source code, product roadmap, and internal documents remain under your team’s control.

Every task has a complete handoff

The execution sheet records the URL or component, observed problem, impact, priority, recommended action, owner, evidence, acceptance standard, and retest result.

Your team can execute independently

We explain the decision, show the implementation path, and review the result. Your employees can keep shipping SEO work without handing over the whole repository or publishing process.

Optional guided AI-assisted workflows

When useful, we can coach your employees on safe AI-assisted coding, browser QA, evidence capture, and task review workflows. The team keeps final approval and release control.

A specimen deliverable

Every finding becomes an owned, testable task.

This sample shows the format we use for a technical SEO handoff: the issue, observed finding, business impact, priority, and recommended fix stay in one row. A real project adds the URL, owner, status, evidence link, due date, and retest result.

IssueFindingImpactPriorityRecommendation
Inconsistent English URL rulesThe root English pages and /en/ English pages are both accessible.Canonical and hreflang conflicts; duplicate indexing risk.P0Choose one English URL rule, redirect or consolidate duplicates, then retest language signals.
Homepage crawled DOM repeatsData Inputs, Proxy Infrastructure, and Web Access APIs appear in repeated output blocks.Page bloat, diluted semantics, and weaker performance.P0Output one canonical DOM representation of the content visible to users.
Homepage has no clear H1The main promise appears in crawled text but is not represented by one clear H1.The page topic and primary promise are harder to interpret.P0Set one descriptive H1 and keep supporting copy in paragraphs or secondary headings.
Root and /en/ homepage duplicationBoth routes return materially similar homepage content.Authority and crawl signals can be split across two URLs.P0Keep one canonical English route and use a permanent redirect for the duplicate.

How the work connects

One plan. From demand to delivery.

  1. 01

    Find the demand

Customer questions, search intent, competitors, and the pages buyers need.

    Keyword clusters + page priorities

  2. 02

    Build the right pages

Content briefs, page recommendations, technical priorities, and relevant authority work.

    Production queue + delivery records

  3. 03

    Review business progress

Review what shipped, which search intent brought relevant users, and the resulting activation, paid conversion, or qualified sales opportunities.

    Monthly review + next actions

Discuss your SEO plan

Meridian site · September 2026

What changed, and why.

A page plan should make the demand, URL role, owner, and review point visible. The project samples above show this principle in actual deliverables; search and inquiry outcomes still require their own observation window.

  1. 01

    Starting point

A useful starting point identifies the product, audience, current URL system, and implementation capacity before choosing a page queue.

  2. 02

    Demand decision

We separate product tasks, page roles, and technical constraints instead of treating every query as a blog topic.

  3. 03

    Page work

We show the URL architecture, the implementation queue, and the acceptance checks so the work can be reviewed before a call.

  4. 04

    Review point

The project owner, publishing owner, and verification condition are named before release; results are reported separately from completed work.

Two ways to work together

The right support for your team.

Choose coaching when your team can execute. Choose managed SEO delivery when you need a larger strategy, brief, optimization, authority, and reporting scope. Both programs start with a three-month engagement; development and final publishing are named explicitly in the scope.

SEO Growth Coaching

Review the scope, delivery schedule, and responsibilities for this program.

A three-month minimum engagement for teams that have internal execution capacity and need an expert partner to set priorities, review work, remove blockers, and build repeatable SEO capability.

Client team implements content production, page publishing, and technical fixes. We provide the strategy, review standards, execution guidance, and acceptance criteria.

01

Strategy, diagnosis, and growth foundation

Build the priorities, measurement baseline, and information architecture that guide the first three months of work.

  • One complete SEO audit in month one, then monthly issue follow-up across crawlability, indexing, content relevance, structure, internal linking, and conversion paths
  • One keyword strategy with monthly priority updates, including core, long-tail, commercial, and content terms with intent and page recommendations
  • One site architecture and content-cluster plan, plus a light programmatic SEO assessment where scalable pages are relevant
  • One competitor growth analysis in month one, with monthly updates on the most relevant competitive changes

02

Content and page optimization guidance

Give the internal team an execution-ready queue for content creation and the pages with the greatest ranking potential.

  • 10 content briefs or topic directions per month, 30 in total, covering target keyword, intent, title, structure, FAQ, internal links, and CTA
  • On-page recommendations for 5 priority pages per month, 15 in total, covering title, meta, headings, relevance, internal links, and conversion path
  • GEO and AI-search coordination in content, entities, FAQs, structured expression, and citable answer formats

03

Technical and authority-building guidance

Keep foundational technical risks and off-site authority opportunities visible without disguising advisory work as execution.

  • Monthly technical SEO follow-up covering sitemap, robots, performance, structured data, duplicate content, canonical, hreflang, and prioritized repair guidance
  • 5 backlink opportunity directions or resource suggestions per month, 15 in total, with target-page, anchor-text, quality, and risk guidance
  • One light PR and community strategy for brand mentions, resource pages, partnerships, and natural-link opportunities

04

Coaching, enablement, and review

Create an operating rhythm that helps the client team ship work, resolve questions, and continue after the engagement ends.

  • One weekly SEO coaching call, approximately 12 sessions across three months, with progress, blockers, next priorities, and meeting notes
  • Ongoing execution Q&A and one practical SEO training session per month, 3 sessions in total
  • Three monthly reviews plus one reusable SOP and template pack for keyword tracking, content briefs, on-page checks, backlink opportunities, and reporting

Scope, budget & progress

Know what happens next.

Start with a baseline

We review your product, priority markets, existing pages, search data, and execution capacity. The first output is a set of priorities and an agreed division of work.

Ship, review, adjust

Content and page work move through research, review, and implementation. Monthly reviews connect completed work with indexing, organic visits, and available lead data to decide the next tasks.

Price the actual scope

Site size, markets, research depth, writing volume, and implementation support change the work required. Full article writing can be included in a separately scoped proposal; the brief quantities above are not article quantities.

Before we talk

Questions about working together

What is the difference between SEO Growth Coaching and Managed SEO Delivery?

Growth Coaching is designed for teams with execution capacity. We diagnose, prioritize, review, train, and keep the work moving, while your team produces content, publishes changes, and completes technical fixes. Managed SEO Delivery adds a larger monthly scope of content briefs, page recommendations, recorded backlink delivery, and project documentation. It still does not include website development or code implementation unless separately agreed.

What does the client team need to do in the coaching program?

The client team is responsible for content production, page edits and publishing, technical fixes, and providing the necessary website and analytics access. We provide the roadmap, briefs, review criteria, recurring guidance, and acceptance standards so those tasks are completed in the right order.

Does the managed program include written articles and website development?

The managed program includes execution-ready content briefs and page optimization recommendations, not final article ghostwriting, website development, or code changes. These items can be scoped separately when needed.

Can you guarantee first-page rankings or a fixed traffic increase?

No. Search outcomes depend on the site foundation, competition, publishing speed, technical implementation, and search-engine changes. We commit to a transparent scope of work, a clear delivery record, and data-informed priorities—not a ranking guarantee.

Our SEO method

Connect search demand to pages, execution, and business outcomes

Start with the customers you want to reach and the action they should take. Map their searches to useful pages, resolve the issues that limit discovery, and help those pages earn attention. Review search performance alongside qualified leads to choose the next work.

  1. 01

Agree on goals and establish a baseline

Define the customer, market, conversion, and starting point.

  2. 02

Research demand and map it to pages

Turn search intent into an ordered set of page decisions.

  3. 03

Resolve technical barriers and site structure

Make priority pages accessible, understandable, and connected.

  4. 04

Build useful content and improve key pages

Give each page a clear answer, supporting evidence, and next step.

  5. 05

Develop relevant authority and link opportunities

Connect useful pages with relevant audiences and publishers.

  6. 06

Review results and choose the next work

Connect what changed on the site to observable business signals.

Bring your website. Let’s talk priorities.

Share your website, product, target buyer, sales motion, and current bottleneck. For self-serve products, bring signup, activation, and paid-conversion definitions; for sales-led products, bring demo, qualified-lead, and opportunity definitions. Tell us who can write, design, develop, and publish.
