## Review summary

Keep outreach attempts, submissions, and verified placements in separate totals. Record changed or removed placements without erasing their history. A live link does not prove Google indexation or ranking impact.

Review target-page search performance and tracked referrals or inquiries separately. Record the observation window and other changes before assigning credit to link building.

Remove private contact details before sharing outside the project.
